[Required qualifications]

- Ph.D. or equivalent in the field of Management with an emphasis on HR, OB, or OT (must be held by August 31st 2020) - The employment contract starts on September 1st 2020

- Eligible candidates should have at least one publication in SCI journals (SCIE, SSCI, A&HCI) in the relevant field (management, industrial psychology, organizational psychology) in the last three years

- Eligible candidates should excel at teaching in English

- Candidates who taught the following classes in the last three years are preferred: Human Resource Management, Organization Theory, Organizational Behavior, People Analytics
