"중견경영학자상" 시상 규정

제1조(명칭)
이 상의 명칭은 ‘한국경영학회 중견경영학자상’이라 한다.



제2조(목적)
한국경영학회 중견경영학자상은 경영학자의 연구의욕을 고취하고 지속적인 한국 경영학 발전을 견인하기 위하여 경영학 연구에 지대한 공헌을 한 중견경영학자에게 수여한다.



제3조(대상)
심사시점을 기준으로 60세 미만의 중견경영학자를 대상으로 한다.



제4조( 중견경영학자상 수상자 선정 위원회)
1. 한국경영학회는 중견경영학자상 선정과 시상에 필요한 제반 기준과 절차를 마련 하고 운영하기 위해 ‘ 중견경영학자상 수상자 선정위원회’(이하 위원회라 한다)를 구성한다.
2. 위원회는 한국경영학회 회장, 전임회장, 차기회장, 이사회에서 선출된 4인, 상임이사 1인, 경영학연구 편집위원장, KBR 편집위원장으로 구성한다.
3. 수상 후보자로 추천된 자는 선정위원을 겸할 수 없음을 원칙으로 한다.



제5조(후보 추천)
1. 한국경영학회 중견경영학자상 수상자 선정위원회, 경영학 관련 학회, 5명 이상의 회원이 연명으로 본 학회 회원 중 수상 후보를 추천할 수 있다.
2. 직전년도 선정위원회에서 차년도 후보자로 추천된 회원 중에서 다시 후보자가 되길 원하는 회원도 후보자가 될 수 있다.
3. 후보자는 본 운영내규 제6조의 선정기준에 맞게 서류를 준비하여 위원회에 제출하여야 한다.



제6조(선정기준 및 절차)
1. 후보자의 경영학영역에서의 통산 업적을 고려하되 최근 10여 년 동안의 학술·연구성과 에 더 높은 비중을 두어 후보자를 평가한다.
2. 선정위원회에서는 중요도 순으로 나열된 아래의 선정기준을 바탕으로 후보자를 평가 하여 수상자를 선정한다.
① 경영학연구, KBR에 논문을 게재했는지를 고려한다.
② 피인용빈도 등 발표한 논문 및 저서가 학계에 미친 영향력을 고려한다.
③ UT Dallas리스트의 24개의 저널, FT에서 선정한 45개의 저널, 또는 경제학, 심리학 등 인접 사회과학 분야의 최우수급 저널에 게재한 논문의 수를 고려한다.
④ 해당 논문이 게재된 저널의 Impact Factor도 고려한다.
⑤ 다른 조건이 동일한 경우 전공분야의 안배를 고려한다.
⑥ 국내 학계 및 실무 관련 연구에의 기여도를 고려한다.
⑦ 경영학회에 대한 참여도와 기여도를 고려한다.
3. 선정위원회에서는 수상자로 선정된 회원 이외의 후보자 중에서 차년도 후보자로 추천 할 회원을 선정한다.



제7조(시상)
1. 중견경영학자상은 매년 한국경영학회 동계정기총회에서 시상한다.
2. 수상자의 수는 매년 약간 명으로 하되, 해당자가 없는 경우에는 수상자를 선정하지 않을 수 있다.
3. 수상자에게는 상장 및 부상을 수여한다.



제8조(운영세칙)
중견경영학자상 선정 및 시상 전반의 원활한 운영을 위하여 필요로 하는 기타 사항은 위원회에서 정한다.

Regulation for the “Mid-level Business Scholar Award”

Article 1 (Name)
The name of this award shall be the 'Midsized Business Scholar Award'.



Article 2 (Purpose)
The Mid-level Business School Award of the Korean Academic Society of Business Administration is awarded to mid-level business scholars who have made a great contribution to business research in order to encourage business scholars' research and to lead continuous development of Korean business administration.



Article 3 (Candidate)
The candidates are mid-level business scholars under the age of 60 as of the time of examination.



Article 4 (Winner Selection Committee of the Mid-level Business School Award)
1. The Korean Academic Society of Business Administration shall form the committee for the selection of Mid-level Business School Award winners (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) to prepare and operate the standards and procedures necessary for the selection and award of the Mid-level Business School Award.
2. The committee consists of the president of the Korean Academic Society of Business Administration, former president, president-elect, 4 commissioners elected at the board meeting, 1 executive director, Editor of Business Administration Research and Editor of KBR.
3. In principle, a person recommended as a candidate for the award shall not be able to concurrently serve as a selection commissioner.



Article 5 (Nomination of Candidates)
1. The winner selection committee for the Mid-level Business School Award of the Korean Academic Society of Business Administration, the business administration-related societies, and more than five members can recommend candidates for the award among the members of this society.
2. Members who are nominated as candidates for the next year in the committee selected in the previous year can also be candidates according to their will.
3. Candidates shall prepare documents in accordance with the selection criteria under Article 6 of the Rule and submit them to the Committee.



Article 6 (Selection Criteria and Procedure)
1. The candidate evaluation takes into account the achievements of the candidates in the field of business administration, but it is more focused on academic and research achievements over the past decade.
2. The selection committee evaluates candidates based on the following selection criteria listed in the order of importance and selects winners.
① Consider whether the paper has been published in Business Administration Research or KBR.
② Consider the influence of papers and books published, such as frequency of citations, on academia.
③ Consider the number of papers published in 24 journals on the UT Dallas list, 45 journals selected by the FT, or in the best-quality journals in the adjoining social sciences, including economics and psychology.
④ Also consider the impact factor of the journal in which the paper is published.
⑤ If other conditions are the same, consider the arrangement of the major field.
⑥ Consider the degree of contribution to domestic academic and practical research.
⑦ Consider the level of participation and contribution to the Korean Academic Society of Business Administration.
3. The selection committee selects members to be recommended as candidates for the next year from among candidates other than those selected as winners.



Article 7 (Award)
1. The Mid-level Business Scholar Award is awarded annually at the Winter Regular General Meeting of the Korean Academic Society of Business Administration.
2. The number of winners is a few each year, but if no one is eligible, the winner may not be selected.
3. Awards and prizes will be awarded to the winners.



Article 8 (Details of Operation)
The Committee shall determine other matters necessary for the selection of the Mid-level Business Scholar Award and the smooth operation of the overall awards.
